I paid but the levels are still locked

Open Settings (Beequation Pro) or the Grown-ups area (Beequation Kids) and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

How much does it cost?

Both apps are free to try, with free levels and a daily puzzle. To open every level, subscribe to Beequation Pro for £2.99 a month or £29.99 a year, or to Beequation Kids for £4.99 a month or £39.99 a year (each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers), or buy Lifetime once for £79.99 (Beequation Pro) or £99.99 (Beequation Kids). Prices may differ outside the UK.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone or iPad: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. On Android: the Google Play Store app, then your profile, Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. You can also tap Manage subscription in Beequation Pro's Settings or the Beequation Kids Grown-ups area. Cancel at least 24 hours before a renewal or before a free trial ends to avoid being charged.

How do I use a promo code?

In the app, open Settings (Beequation Pro) or the Grown-ups area (Beequation Kids) and tap Redeem a code. You can also redeem codes in the App Store (your account, then Redeem Gift Card or Code) or in Google Play (your profile, Payments and subscriptions, then Redeem code).

Can my family share a subscription?

Where Apple Family Sharing or Google Play Family Library is turned on, a subscription or Lifetime purchase can be shared with your family group.

Is Beequation Kids safe for my child?

There are no ads, no chat and no data collection. Purchases, settings and the only links out (to our help and privacy pages) sit behind a grown-up check.

How do I reset progress?

Beequation Kids: Grown-ups, then Advanced, then Reset progress. Beequation Pro: Settings, then Advanced, then Reset progress. This clears the progress of the player who is playing now; other players, the settings and your purchase stay. Progress is stored only on your device, so deleting the app also clears it.

Can more than one person play on the same device?

Yes. Each app can hold up to six players, each with their own progress and settings. In Beequation Pro, add players in Settings. In Beequation Kids, a grown-up adds them in the Grown-ups area, and children tap their own picture to play. Names stay on the device. One subscription or Lifetime purchase unlocks the full game for every player on the device.

How do refunds work?

Payments are taken by Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google Play from your order history. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it doesn't refund the current period.

How does the game work?

Every honeycomb hides one number that is the sum, or product, of two others. Tap it. Big Hive puzzles have you solve four small combs, then a comb made of their answers. Try it in your browser.
